I am a huge believer in mind-body healing, and have been passionate about yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for many years.
My own personal yoga practice has helped me in so many ways, and in 2017 I became a Certified Yoga Instructor in order to be able to share this powerful philosophy with my clients. I believe that yoga is a therapeutic tool with a huge range of benefits, which works synergistically with psychotherapy.
In order to grow both as a person and as a therapist, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Now Chicago in 2017, an intensive Yoga Certification Program.
I have been trained in traditional yoga techniques, teaching methodologies, physical and energy anatomy and yoga philosophy.
I have studied Hatha, Vinyasa, as well as Restorative Yoga, which allows for complete mind and body relaxation, along with Yoga Nidra: a meditation practice commonly referred to as yogic sleep.
No matter what you’re working to overcome, or if you’re simply looking to grow and learn spiritually and emotionally, I strongly believe that yoga and its myriad of benefits will help. It is my mission to help others along their journey by making both psychotherapy and yoga, as well as mindfulness and meditation, welcoming.
