Water For Your Garden
I believe that everyone has their own inner “garden”, which has the potential to be bountiful, beautiful, and serene. If we want to maintain our gardens and have them represent the most beautiful aspects of our lives, we need to nourish them and water them regularly. Keeping our gardens beautiful and vibrant does take work, but it is work that makes life more joyous and manageable. I view psychotherapy as a practice that can help you to support your garden so that it, and you, can flourish. Helping individuals and families tend to their gardens, remove weeds, and plant new seeds: this is my greatest purpose.
Whether you are seeking family therapy to resolve family conflict or simply wanting to improve family dynamics and communication, family therapy can be a powerful intervention.
